The overall design inspiration comes from the ancient Chinese QiaoAn. In ancient times, tiaohan mainly placed art decorations or paintings. The two sides of QiaoAn were tilted to prevent the falling of objects. QiaoAn played a role in inheriting the new Chinese style. This table reflects the combination of ancient Chinese tradition and modern, new Chinese style, and the flavor of Oriental literati. It can give users a better experience in use.

Unique Properties

Production Technology
The production process adopts semi manual and modern CNC technology, Pro-E software for design and production. After the completion of modern CNC technology, furniture craftsmen will hand fine grinding, so that the product can reach a more detailed level.
Design Challenge
How to combine the ancient QiaoAn with the modern furniture, and keep the traditional element characteristics, at the same time in line with the modern way of life
Project Duration
The design project started in Shenyang in September 2020, completed in January 2021, and exhibited in the Art Museum of China syid Design Institute in January 2021.

Research
QiaoAn is a representative furniture in ancient China. This work combines ancient QiaoAn with modern desk. The core is to make users have better experience and comfort when using products.

Project Overview
Flow Table has been a Iron winner in the Furniture Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
