The design is an intelligent freezer which integrates advanced technologies such as IoT technology, AI algorithms, image recognition, and big data analysis. The design will reduce commodity inventory and improve replenishment efficiency comparing to other products on the market. It adopts a patented Ovlon roller structure and also a minimalist design concept, pure whiteness and simple and round appearance to express the brand attributes of healthy drinks.

Production Technology
This freezer adopts self-developed AI algorithms and deep learning technology to count the sales of various commodities in different seasons, different time, and different shelf positions, so as to analyze the best shelf display position and display time, thereby increasing the sales of goods.
Design Challenge
In the retail industry, the display vacancy rate of traditional freezers and retail shelves exceeds 8%. In Vitality Forest, after digital management of the display, vacancy rate, saturation, purity and other indicators in the freezer through AI recognition technology, the vacancy rate of smart freezers and shelves is basically controlled at 2%, which is equivalent to 1% of sales. In the smart freezer of Chi Forest, every time a bottle of product is sold, the sales data will be presented to the background in real time. It can also quickly check whether the product display is qualified and whether there is a vacancy, and remind the business to replenish.
Project Duration
This Product was produced in Winter season in 2020 in Beijing and right now it's in use for most of the cities in China and abroad.
Operation Flow
This freezer adopts a patented Ovlon roller structure. After the user takes the product, the following product can automatically slide to the position where the product has been taken away, thereby realizing automatic replenishment and improving user experience.
Research
In the past, brand owners needed to hire a large number of sales personnel to visit and manage product display in stores to obtain these important sales data. In addition to high labor costs and low efficiency, there are also disadvantages such as difficult to unify implementation standards, opaque management processes, and poor data digitization quality. By adopting the smart freezer with AI image recognition technology and IoT technology, Chi Forest can quickly grasp the sales feedback data, so as to guide the entire supply chain management and even new product development in a more timely manner.
Inspiration
This freezer develops IoT technology, which can remotely transmit the number of goods on sale in the freezer, the type of goods, the expiration time of the goods and other data to the management background, so as to realize real-time monitoring and management of all the goods on sale in the freezer. This will greatly reduce commodity inventory and improve replenishment efficiency.
