Production Technology
Through 3D modeling, the production process, logistics process, and production line workstations are simulated and analyzed. In order to facilitate the user's operation, the product has considered the design of the interface in all aspects, including the operation mode, interaction mode, and operation flow. In terms of visual design, attention is paid to color matching to ensure the overall effect of the interface is beautiful and comfortable. In terms of chart visualization, attention is paid to data charts that are intuitive, clear and easy to understand.
Design Challenge
Workshop production is an extremely complex and large content process, and users often need to monitor a large number of different types of data panels, when a reasonable classification and page logic focus is particularly important.This product has 4 views: planning, logistics and order traceability, and device, with each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.
Project Duration
The project started in November, 2022 in Beijing and finished in February, 2023 in Beijing.
Operation Flow
The product reasonably disassembles the production process according to business logic and presents the production process in four levels of content. Users can view the overall production situation in the overview view and focus on different production stages in 4 views. Each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.
Research
The product aims to achieve controllable and visible production process. Through multilevel visualization, this product can monitor the status of the production process in real time, helping users to understand the problems in the production process and make quick decisions, thus improving production efficiency. The transparency of the entire production process can also help users to more accurately assess the use of resources in the production process, thus improving production efficiency and quality and laying a solid foundation for long-term corporate development.
