Oasis is a new-energy charging pile with portable powerful module and humanized interaction mode. Its innovations are as follow. The charging pile contains a three-degree portable power module to meet the demand of remote scenes, such as camping in the wild. Oasis builds a game-based interaction mode, and faces the metauniverse to generate a personalized oasis of users' digital world. Oasis provides more diversified services for the existing charging piles, outputs more modules and enriches the service content.

Unique Properties
Oasis is a new-energy charging pile with portable powerful module and humanized interaction mode. The charging pile contains a three-degree portable power module to meet the demand of remote scenes, such as camping in the wild. The gamification-oritented interaction ways are as follows: 1. Each charging pile symbolizes different trees, and plants grow with the charging process. 2. By using different charging piles to collect your own virtual plants, a personalized gardens will be generated.

Production Technology
After investigating the current situation of charging piles and the target users, we developed the design concept of oasis based on the user needs for vision, function and emotion. Oasis has a mobile power module and interesting interactive mode, and is oriented to the metauniverse, generating a personalized oasis of user digital world. The materials of this product mainly include TPE insulation layer, high-strength nylon, PC and so on.
Design Challenge
In the process of project research, we have comprehensively considered the balance between product functions, innovative interactions and user needs. First, with a portable power module, the appearance of the charging pile still looks simple and beautiful. Secondly, providing a gamification interaction-oriented design to improve the user's positive emotion. The experience design of the interface needs to be iteratively optimized. Thirdly, the structure of garden in the metaverse depends on the support and development of AI technology and big data.
Project Duration
The project began in 2022 in Shanghai. By the end of the same year, V-charger team explored relevant technical support and entered the design stage. The final product will be launched in 2023.
Operation Flow
1. When users get close to the charging pile, he/she can judge the plant category via the outline of the standby screen, then select the plant he/she likes, add new one or increase the volume of plants in virtual metaverse garden. 2. During the charging process, the plants are combined into a whole from partial ones, so as to provide visualized enjoyment to users. 3. Users may choose to rent a three-degree power supply module, which can be used as a living power supply for outdoor camping or an emergency power for EV.
Research
1. The charging pile symbolizes different plants. When the user is close to the charging pile, he/she can judge the plant category by the plant outline of the standby screen, then select the plant he/she likes. 2. During charging, the plants are combined into a whole from scattered points in the screen, add new one or increase the volume of plants in virtual metaverse garden. 3. Users may choose to rent a three-degree power supply module, which can be used as a living power supply for outdoor camping or an emergency power for EV.
Inspiration
With the gradual popularization of new energy vehicles, new requirements are put forward for the endurance of EV and the interactive design of charging piles. 1. The interactive method of available charging piles is limited. Can we find a more interesting way in interaction than ever before? 2. More diversified services for charging piles are explored, more modules are output and the service contents need to be enriched.
