Unique Properties

The reception center sells multiple projects, which is more comprehensive and diversified in function. It establishes a rational and stable image outdoors, and different sections are subdivided into different reception modes indoors. The entry counter and coffee bar provide preliminary reception, and the interior is a negotiation area with secret covering, as well as a planned exhibition space.

Production Technology

Through the grating elements, simple lines and other design techniques, in the appearance to create a rational and generous architectural image. Arrange adequate lighting in the room to maintain sight and light circulation. Use natural wood leather dyeing, special paint, natural stone, metal paint and other materials, and also add elegant chandelier, soft decoration.

Design Challenge

This reception center sells multiple projects, and it is necessary to present the concept of each project and the builder through a consistent design concept. Through the exterior grille, the interior frame line, and the Oriental design vocabulary of "round" and "gathering", the rationality and sensibility of the building are conveyed. And from the appearance of a stable and generous image, while creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere in the interior, the goal is to give people who buy houses, for life and even their own imagination.

Project Duration

The project took four months to finish and was completed in September 2022 in Taoyuan City.

Operation Flow

From the outside to the inside, from the initial reception to the in-depth negotiation, different spatial atmosphere is also presented through the design. The entrance reception area is further extended to the coffee bar with the remarkableness and dignity of stone, titanium plated metal and tea mirror business field, creating a comfortable field where one can sit down and drink a cup of coffee and have a simple conversation.

Research

In terms of landscape, vision and atmosphere design, echoing the core idea of its products, the grille of the architectural appearance and the frame line of the interior lead the sense of space as visual tension. Functionally, it distinguishes different use scenarios, such as preparing a coffee shop, exhibition area, negotiation room, etc., to meet more detailed needs and scenarios during reception.

Inspiration

The reception center has an architectural appearance of black and white tones and rational lines, and the outdoor courtyard is embellished with green, creating a calm texture and symbolizing the image of the masses it attracts. Mild materials such as wood grain and fabric are added to the interior to receive guests for negotiation in a comfortable space. Stone, metal and lighting are also merged to make the details more delicate, and the low-luxury field gives guests honorable treatment.

Project Overview

Refined Serenity Reception Center has been a Silver winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2024 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill. Silver A' Design Award recipients are recognized for their contribution to raising industry standards and advancing the practice of design. Their work often incorporates original innovations and elicits a strong emotional response, making a notable impact on the improvement of everyday life.
