This project breaks through traditional kitchen and living room layouts, creating an open and bright space. Highlighted by modular sofa design and a kitchen with north-south transparency, a long dining table and island bar combination add functionality. Perfect use of color and patterns reflects the fusion of nature and seasons, creating a warm and harmonious home atmosphere. The transformed space is full of vitality, crafting a living space that combines sophistication, nature, and comfort.
Low ceiling height; Reorganizing spatial structure; Open and bright design;Multi-functional zones;Natural aesthetics; Baroque charm;Large flat renovation
French-style elegance exudes a dignified aura, complemented by daring and avant-garde art selections. Mirrored surfaces reflect outdoor vistas, blurring the lines between space and landscape, inviting contemplation. Playful dialogues among classic elements spark imaginative intrigue. Elaborate, exquisite floral patterns evoke echoes of Baroque charm.
The major challenge lies in reorganizing the spatial structure to ensure logical functional zoning and optimal use of natural light. Balancing comfort with spatial constraints, maintaining overall flow and aesthetics is crucial.
Start in 2022/1/15 and finished in 2023.12
In this renovation, the designer breaks away from the original flat and fixed layout, reorganizing the space. By merging and opening up two small spaces into a piano room for the daughter, the open layout meets the family emotional needs. In another transformation, the designer combined three small spaces to create a spacious, dual-aspect kitchen, catering to both Eastern and Western culinary needs while achieving north-south transparency on the same level.
The designer reorganized the spatial structure, transforming a narrow, poorly lit space into an open and bright living environment. The renovation involved merging small spaces into larger functional areas, enhancing natural light and ventilation, and creating a cozy and comfortable living atmosphere. Emphasizing humanistic values, the design integrates natural aesthetics and refined living principles, reflected in the spacious layout, multifunctional design, and unique decorative style.
Compared to the previous home filled with ceremonial French style, this time designer Fuxia hopes to inject more relaxation into the space, creating an effortless elegance in the urban lifestyle of sophistication. The design team adheres to the philosophy of spaces serving human life, redefining spatial layouts, breaking traditional concepts, and emphasizing family interaction and comfort.
