The corporate interior design of Scotiabank optimizes the use of open spaces, creating a serene and orderly atmosphere, making it ideal for a high-level corporate environment. A positive first impression is made through a combination of high-quality materials, strategic lighting, and carefully curated art, all of which contribute to making people feel welcomed and comfortable.

The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
The project started in July 2018 and finished in August 2024, It is located Lorenzo Boturini 206, Transito, Cuauhtemoc, 06820, Mexico City.
The organization will increase its global value by channeling its philosophy through the fusion of organization, teamwork, and communication, in an open, welcoming, and functional environment that encourages constant interaction with leaders. Additionally, it ensures that partners enjoy a unique working environment that fosters learning, personal growth, and professional development.
The success of this project is based on understanding the organization's needs in order to transform the space into a competitive tool, creating an environment of elegance and modernity, with light shades resulting from the multidisciplinary integration and various factors.
