Unique Properties
Objective: This design creates a private club offering a future lifestyle experience, blending river views with exclusive spaces for social gatherings. It features high-end dining, wine tasting, tea ceremonies, and activities like chess, fostering relaxation and emotional connection. Advantages: Situated along the Yong River, the club enjoys a prime, unobstructed river view.

Production Technology
The design features luxurious materials like white mosaics, black patterned marble, fish belly black marble, artistic glass mosaics, Puppe’s stone, and boxwood veneer, with every detail meticulously crafted to highlight craftsmanship and quality. Bulgari art mosaics add a jewel-like sparkle, enhancing the space's artistic flair. All materials are sustainably sourced, including natural stone, recyclable metals, and eco-friendly leather, processed with environmentally conscious techniques to minimize impact while maintaining a premium aesthetic.
Design Challenge
The challenge of the design was how to maximize the use of the river view. By using narrow-frame minimalist doors and windows, the project transforms the river view into a painting within the space, greatly enhancing its aesthetic appeal. The open layout and clever circulation design avoid clutter and ensure functionality and comfort.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2024 in Shanghai and finished in December 2024 in Nanning
Operation Flow
The design of this private club is inspired by the scenic views of the Yong River, blending modern luxury with natural beauty. The open layout and flowing geometric lines break traditional boundaries, creating a more free and flexible space. Exquisite artistic mosaics, shimmering like jewels, add unique charm. Natural light combined with the river view creates an open, comfortable environment, providing a poetic and tranquil atmosphere for social gatherings.
Research
The project seamlessly integrates natural landscapes with luxurious design, creating a unique space that appeals to high-end clients and elite groups. It features two restaurants and a game room, catering to the owner's social and hospitality needs. Artistic mosaics and exquisite design elements elevate the space, enhancing visual appeal and emotional resonance for commercial sales. The open layout and innovative flow break traditional boundaries, offering a flexible, comfortable experience that boosts commercial, social, and design impact.
Inspiration
A. Unobstructed River View Drawing inspiration from the Yong River, the design integrates natural and modern elements through flowing lines and colors. Expansive minimalist doors and windows maximize the river view, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors. B. Innovative Spatial Layout The open-plan layout, with flowing geometric lines, breaks traditional spatial boundaries, offering freedom and flexibility while avoiding the rigidity of conventional designs.
