Production Technology

The development incorporates high-quality materials and sustainable building techniques. Exposed wooden trusses add structural integrity and warmth, creating a rustic yet contemporary aesthetic. Self-insulated stone wool walls provide superior thermal and acoustic comfort, while waterproof membranes offer moisture protection. Solar-powered landscape lighting reduces energy costs and enhances security. Smart home integration allows residents to remotely manage lighting, security, and climate control, optimizing efficiency and sustainability. Natural ventilation further minimizes energy consumption, reinforcing eco-conscious living.

Design Challenge

The project’s 33-meter elevation difference required a multi-tiered site plan, involving detailed planning in road design, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and construction logistics. Achieving the right balance between private spaces and communal areas presented a key design challenge. By seamlessly integrating contemporary architecture with the natural landscape, the project delivers an innovative and sustainable approach to luxury housing in Bademli.

Project Duration

The design phase began in 2024, with project completion expected by December 2025. The project is located in Bademli, Bursa, Turkey.

Operation Flow

The project ensures a balance between individual privacy and social interaction through thoughtfully designed communal spaces. Residents can host gatherings such as birthday celebrations and holiday events in designated areas. Security is reinforced with controlled entrances, exits, and closed parking spaces, providing a tranquil and safe living environment. Nature-inspired landscaping and energy-efficient lighting contribute to a visually appealing and sustainable setting. The site’s modern architectural identity enhances Bademli’s existing fabric of standalone villas, introducing a refined, community-oriented residential concept.

Research

The project reinterprets existing residential typologies in the Bademli region, optimizing the natural topography to create a living environment that prioritizes privacy while fostering social interaction. Unlike the predominant standalone villa developments in the area, Mossa Bademli introduces a concept that balances individuality with a strong community-oriented living experience. Extensive research was conducted on sustainable materials and renewable energy solutions. The site’s natural elevation differences were leveraged to enhance both privacy and panoramic views, ultimately adding significant value to the region.

Inspiration

Located in Bursa’s Bademli district, this project seamlessly integrates modern architecture with country living while respecting the natural landscape. The use of stone and wood in facades ensures harmony with the terrain’s natural slope, vegetation, and panoramic views. Residences are strategically positioned to maintain privacy and unobstructed vistas, even from the pool level. The design encourages both seclusion and community engagement, incorporating barbecue gardens and social amenities for a flexible and dynamic lifestyle.

Project Overview

Mossa Bademli Panoramic Luxury Residences has been a Bronze winner in the Construction and Real Estate Projects Design award category in the year 2024 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
