Franck Giral Boilerplate
Franck Giral is a structural engineer turned architect. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional), as well as a real estate licensee and licensed architect in Japan. Franck started in 2020 the architectural firm ABD Architecture LLC based in Sapporo that specializes in the development and design of ski rental properties in the international ski resort Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. Franck's architectural breakthrough project is with Grand Tsuru Niseko, a 3 property luxurious villa development.
