This set of multi-functional knives is tailored for kitchen scenes in the post-pandemic era, meeting all cutting needs when preparing ingredients. The blade surface of the knives adopts the pioneering OPD antibacterial technology and BO oxidation antirust technology.With stainless steel core material and 15 degree V-shaped edging technology, this set has excellent antibacterial/antirust performance, durability, and sharpness. The detachable knife holder facilitates storing and cleaning these knives.

Production Technology
3-fold efficient antibacterial/antirust technology: The knife is made of high-strength 1.4116 steel, and the blade surface uses BO oxidation antirust technology to form a black protective film that can block oxygen, ensuring better corrosion resistance. The blade surface builds an OPD antibacterial layer with silver ions to achieve an antibacterial rate of up to 99.9%, making the knives durable. Extremely sharp: 48 manual processes and 15 degree bevel edging technology enable sharper blades.
Design Challenge
Main challenge: To develop a high-quality knife set with an attractive appearance, multi-functions, and a user-friendly experience Solution: This set adopts innovative 15 degree blade edging technology, an upgrade of the traditional three-stage edging, to make the blade sharper. The high-strength blades and pioneering surface coating technologies ensure excellent antirust and antibacterial performance. The bionic design makes it distinctive from regular knives, forming a unique artistic aesthetic.
Project Duration
The project finished in December 2022 in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow
The streamlined whale-shaped knife handle is easy to hold. The kitchen knife innovatively uses the guidance texture to guide the user to place his thumb, ensuring users' safety when cutting. The chef knife is designed with an antislip pattern to avoid slipping down. The detachable knife holder can be dissembled into three parts: knife holder groove, holder base cavity structure, and chassis, and supports quick assembly. The base has a pop-up water collection box, facilitating cleaning.
Research
Research objective: To launch a healthy kitchen knife set in the post-pandemic era Research direction: How to better maintain knives Research method:1. After a 48-hour-simulated heavy salt mist environment comparison test, the regular knives were covered with rust while the Whale series was almost not affected, proving the reliability of BO oxidation antirust technology. 2. Certified by authoritative testing agencies, its antibacterial rate of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus reaches 99.9%.
Inspiration
This set of knives with sleek lines drew inspiration from the shape of the whale. It applies the whale-textured knife handle and surface to be unique and eye-pleasing. It takes a cream-white color tone coupled with metallic elements to be vivid and elegant, making it suitable for various kitchens. The knife handle made of S plus skin-friendly material adopts an ergonomic design to be easy to hold. With innovative guidance texture and anti-slip pattern, these knives are more practical.
