Production Technology
The innovative and professional DermizaxPU nonporous membrane achieves an impressive waterproof performance of 20,000mm H2O daily standard and a moisture permeability of 10,000g per square meters in 24 hours, rendering the garment highly waterproof and moisture-permeable. Furthermore, the thermal lining, treated with a composite hot stamping process, enhances warmth retention by 20%. For areas prone to friction with the skin, we've incorporated soft, warm, and elastic silk velvet to ensure children's comfort.
Design Challenge
The professional protective down jacket, suitable for skiing and designed for children who enjoy outdoor activities and city outings, incorporates premium features. The fabric features a professional DermizaxPU nonporous membrane, ensuring comfort, waterproofing, moisture permeability, and excellent performance in cold and dew resistance. The thermal lining, treated with a composite hot stamping process, combined with high-quality goose down, significantly enhances its warmth performance.
Project Duration
The finished in September 2023 in Shanghai.
Operation Flow
Inspired by skiwear, the design features a curved brim and an external adjustable anti-drop system. These features not only enhance thermal performance and eliminate view obstruction but also prevent the hat from falling off. The innovative 18 degrees curved sleeves provide comfort and flexibility, facilitating kid's physical activities. The jacket excels in warmth, windproofing, breathability, and moisture permeability, meeting functional requirements for various scenarios, including outdoor skiing.
Research
Committed to the principle of safeguarding kids, we've enhanced the practicality and style of pro-level protective down jackets. Through the use of pro-level waterproof and breathable fabrics, as well as advanced thermal lining and other technologies, we've elevated the product's functionality. The seams are smooth and clean, with dense edge stitching and secure down fixation, reflecting craftsmanship. We offer a range of colors and patterns to cater to the aesthetic preferences of kids.
Inspiration
Most kid's garments are designed primarily for daily wear with less safety. To enhance the outdoor experience and prioritize kid's safety, additional features in clothing are essential. This product uses a pro-level DermizaxPU nonporous membrane, known for its superior waterproof and moisture-permeable properties. The thermal lining, treated with a composite hot stamping process, plus quality goose down, makes the jacket suitable for various scenarios, including outdoor and indoor urban skiing.
